Shipping Policy:
Shipping will be provided on the selected date barring weather & trucking conditions that may occur. We have a dedicated team that is ready to keep your delivery on schedule and on time. We do not deliver on holidays or Sundays. Delivery availability is available during checkout. Order cutoffs for same day delivery is 2 pm on weekdays, 11am on Saturdays, or when the schedule becomes full whichever comes first.

Return Policy:
Unopened bagged product, boulders, railroad ties & flagstone can be returned within 15 days in original condition. Straw, Mulch, Gravel, topsoil, firewood, and bulk products are not eligible for return once they have been picked up or delivered. Cancellations prior to delivery will be fully refunded. Refused deliveries will be subject to the delivery fee, any product that is not dumped will be refunded. All returns must be in original condition and are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. No Returns/Refunds Accepted on Special Order Products.
Refunds will be processed within 12-24 hours. It may take 3-7 business before the funds show up on your account.
